The Precaution of Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is fairly harmful to the society. According to the regulation of the law of preventing juvenile delinquency, we should follow special rules to prevent the minors from committing crimes, such as the rule of education and protection, and of comprehensive control. This precaution also has its own specialities, hence the different educational way from that of preventing adult crimes. In view of the psychological cause of juvenile delinquency, it is very important for us to conduct the education of psychological health with the minors, to persuad, treat and cure their emotions.
