Blood pressure patterns, hypertension and perioperative blood pressure management

Abstract

Blood pressure oscillation may be critical for patient's outcome after surgical procedures. Abnormal day/night blood pressure variations may be predictive for postoperative complications. Blood pressure extremes in the perioperative setting were discussed in the lecture.
