On the Case Teaching Method in the Teaching of Jurisprudence

Abstract

The dual nature of Jurisprudence,theoretical and practical nature,makes the teaching of Jurisprudence mainly focus on abstract theoretical problems,while the content of the course itself is of compexilty and controversy.In view of this situation,in order to stimulate students' interest in study,and promote teaching effect,we may take into account of case teaching method.The actual cases in legal parctice may intensify the students' understanding about the basic theory of Jurisprudence,furthermore the application of virtual cases may help the students have a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding about this course.Through the appropriate steps and reasonable arrangements for teaching activities,we will promote students to master of the knowledge of Jurisprudence,more importantly,their legal thinking might be trained as well.
