The findings showed that e-HRM has significant positive relationship with the effectiveness of Human Resource, technically and strategically.
Today, most organizations in the world are trying to use their human resources management activities through web-based management tools in order to grow and develop human resources and increase the efficiency and productivity of the whole system. In this context, e-HRM has taken a strong role since 1990. This study aimed to evaluate the usefulness of this approach to advance the organization's activities. The populations of the study aredirectors and staff of human resources in Municipality of Tehran. The study is applied research. In this study, content validity and construct validity have been used to assess validity of the tool. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the validity. Cronbach alpha test was used to verify the reliability of the questionnaire which was0.96 that shows a high reliability. After data collection usingquestionnaire, structural equation modeling was used for data analysis. The findings showed that e-HRM has significant positive relationship with the effectiveness of Human Resource, technically and strategically.
