Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically manage the payment of a rental fee to be generated between a device manufacturing trader and an information offering trader, and to promote the sales of an information processor and information contents. CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with terminal equipment 11 to be managed so that the manufacture of an information processor 16 can be managed, and that the information processor 16 can be sold to a user 14 at cheaper prices than the desired sales prices of a device manufacturing trader 15, terminal equipment 12 to be managed so that information contents 18 available by the information processor 16 can be offered to the user 14 and a rental fee can be collected, and a sales business managing device 13 for managing the terminal equipment 11 and 12 based on permission contracts preliminarily made between the device manufacturing trader 15 and the information offering trader 17. The sales business managing device 13 issues an instruction so that the differential equivalent prices generated when the information processor 16 is offered from the device manufacturing trader 15 to the user 14 at the cheaper prices can be returned from the terminal equipment 12 to the terminal equipment 11 according to the sum of the rental fee collected from the user 14.
