Facts about the Relationship between the Project Management (PM) and the Quality Management (QM) in Compliance with the Standards in Force

Abstract

This paper intends to underline the aspects which connect the Project Management (PM) to the Quality Management (QM). The innovative perspective lies in the emphasis on those aspects of Quality Management, which have not yet been underlined in connection with Project Management (PM). These aspects are present in the series of quality standards ISO 10006 and ISO 10007, which led to some interpretations which ink Project Management (PM) with Quality Management (QM).
