Blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid controlling of OSAS patients with hypertension or high-normal blood pressure

Abstract

Objective To investigate blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid controlling status of OSAS patients with hypertension or high-normal value.Methods 57 patients was surveyed by telephone and divided into hypertension group and high-normal group.The data of post-discharge of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid was obtained.the data of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in patients' medical record was collected.in and out-hospital data of each group was compared and analyzed.Meanwhile,the blood pressure controlling of hypertension patients with UPPP treatment was analyzed.Results Compared with data of medical record,SBP,DBP of hypertension group significant reduced (P0.05).Fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol (TC) triglyceride (TG) had no significant improvement(P0.05).In high-normal group,SBP,DBP,FBG and TC increased,and the increase had statistically significant (P0.05).Comparing with data of medical record,TG had no significant difference (P0.05).SBP and DBP after and before UPPP treatment showed significant improvement (P0.05).Conclusions Control of blood pressure was well in post-discharge OSAS patients with hypertension,but not the controlling status of blood glucose and blood lipid.In OSAS patients with high-normal blood pressure,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid had a tendency to increase.In post-operative patients with OSAS,control of blood pressure had significant improvement.
