Abstract
The method of transplant embedded real-time operating system uC/OS-II to S3C44B0X is researched. It analyzes the file system structure of the uC/OS-II operating system. It introduces the condition of implanting system and some important files related to processor in the course of transplant. After transplanting, the operating system can run on the development board S3CEV40 successfully.
