This analysis data analytics method is an analytics method that uses machine learning of analysis result data (31) measured by an analysis device (1). The analysis data analytics method includes a step for generating simulation data (32) arrived at by adding data variation to the analysis result data (31) within a range that does not affect identification, a step for performing machine learning using the generated simulation data (32), and a step for performing differentiation using a differentiation standard (23b) obtained through the machine learning.
