The stability of neutral cellular neural networks was studied based on linear matrix inequality technique.A sufficient condition and a necessary condition were derived to assure that the zero-solution of the system is stable.The simulation result shows the validity of the presented algorithm,which is less conservative than that of Y.M.ZHANG et al.
