The Human Resource Management(HRM)in the Libraries of the Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Through analyzing the present situation of the human resource and the tasks of actual work in some vocational college libraries,this paper proves the necessity of carrying out the organizational revolution in the library taking the human resource management as the main contents,and puts forward some basic countermeasures for developing the organizational revolution with the modern human resource management in the vocational college libraries at present.
