The invention provides a developing method for a web development system and the web development system. The developing method for the web development system includes the following steps that when the web development system runs, a script code is generated or modified; the generated or modified script code is analyzed by a scrip analyzer so as to generate object types of new functions or modify object types of exiting functions; an object manager generates objects of the new functions or modify objects of the existing functions according to the generated object types of the new functions or the modified object types of the existing functions, the call relation between the objects and other objects is organized, and therefore the functions of the web development system are generated or changed when the web development system runs.
