The invention provides a Wireless communication system, a wireless communication apparatus and a wireless communication method to perform beam formation based on channel estimation in reverse direction by an Implicit feedback when the number of antennas on the transmission side terminal is small. Upon receiving a sound packet which is fed back as Beamformee from a second terminal, a first terminal as Beamformer separates the sound packet into M spatial stream training to make a reverse channel matrix of N*M, and determines an N*N transmission weight matrix for beam formation during forward data transmission using a channel matrix of N*N consisting of N columns out of M columns included in the reverse direction channel matrix while taking account of its own number of antennas.
