2008 Water Quality Limited Waters

Abstract

This data represents the results of the 2008 Section 303(d) List of Water Quality Limited Waters (303(d) List). This List contains all NJ waters (represented as assessment units) and associated parameters not meeting applicable NJ Surface Water Quality Standards (N.J.A.C. 7:9B). The data identifies each assessment unit assessed as not attaining the applicable designated use based on the 2008 Integrated Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment Methods, and the parameter causing non-attainment. The 2008 303(d) List was published as Appendix B of the 2008 Integrated Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment Report (Integrated Report).
