Musical education is the important contents and one approach to carrying out competent education and it has the special function that can't be substituted by other subjects.It can not only make the people learn music technical ability and the knowledge,be absorbed in the nurture of musical appeal,but also make the people get overall intelligence development.So it is essential to re-examine the roles of musical education in the huamn's ideological and morals,emotion and will,mind and physical health,which is the demand of the times development and social development.
