Abstract

The method of employing natural language processing to comprehend & gauge consumers’ thoughts & feelings are known as consumer sentiment analysis. It is mostly used to assess consumer evaluations, social media posts, and survey results. Businesses mostly utilize it to increase sales, customer satisfaction, product quality, and to create more powerful marketing campaigns. This study paper examines the various difficulties encountered and the most recent developments that can be made to obtain a more precise analysis of the consumer’s feelings and behavior. This will also assist in describing the many uses of customer sentiment analysis. In order to improve sales, services, and product quality, firms can use this paper to gather real-time client feedback.
