Abstract

This paper was written in order to explain why a risk assessment algorithm will be useful for us to estimate the resources involved in an Internet of Things proj ect. During my experience, I faced different challenges when building this kind of projects. It was very difficult to estimate the complexity of proj ects and the amount of resources used to build them. Being able to have an early overview over IoT projects will ease the processes involved in understanding the needs of such a proj ect. As a quick overview, this paper will present the risk algorithm parameters, how to build the algorithm itself based on them and the general architecture of the application. If a project manager wants to asses and discuss a future proj ect, an application like this will come in handy.
