Application of Management Effects in Hospital Management

Abstract

Hospital was faced with severe challenge and rare development opportunity along with the development of economical globalization.At present,more and more management theories were applied in hospital management.A lot of successful hospital management papers were reported.In spite of differences among hospital management ideas and measures,at least,they had one same aspect that they intentionally and unintentionally drew on the followed "management effects".First,"temper carbon effect"-embodied by authority of hospital rules and regulations.Second,"sheep flock effect"-selected excellent subject leader expert and strengthened subject construction.Third,"south wind effect"-manifested humanities care in hospital management.Forth,"catfish effect"-introduced competition mechanism and applied competition for the post.Fifth,"barrel effect"-paid attention to weakness point and make great efforts to medical safety.Sixth,"Matthew effect"-utilized positive affect and create characteristic brand.The author had achieve some experience in past ten years and introduced them in this paper,expected the experience can bring some inspiration for hospital administrators.
