Abstract
The status of water pollution by heavy metal and the harm of heavy metal are depicted.The determination methods of heavy metal in the fresh water are demonstrated in detail involving in atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) and inductively coupled plasma(ICP) stripping voltammetry(SV) and laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS).The new analytical methods of enzyme inhibition and immunoassay and biosensor are summarized.
