Experiences and practices of international crisis management by the four great powers (America, Europe Union, China and Russia) before and after the Cold War, and the operation of the transitional period for the recognition of the international system and the complex situation is an important scientific . Experiences and perspectives of each of the major powers in the management of international crises of the military, political, economic and strategic culture stems but what is essential in the development of the international system and its impact on the decision-making structure. Thus, an important question to be addressed in this paper is the development of a new international system, what effect is the decision of the great powers in the management of international crises. In this study, the specific features of the crisis, the variation of the amplitude and increase in number during the Cold War is been studied and in particular the complexity of the great powers in respect of the management of specific conditions of competition and cooperation in resolving this crisis is also discussed. Finally, this paper describes the similarities and differences of each crisis management powers during the Cold War, according to the interests and objectives of them.
