Abstract
This paper discusses the teaching methods and classroom teachers of students in extra-curricular learning guidance and evaluation method. Classroom teaching,including:traditional teaching methods,discussion-style teaching methods,task-based teaching methods,teachers,students evaluation method.A variety of teaching methods has its own characteristics that teachers have to flexible application of a variety of teaching methods,classroom teaching,while doing a good job,doing a good job in extra-curricular study guide,enabling students to be able to learn the theory of skills in curricular and extra-curricular to consolidate and digest a comprehensive system to learn the English language.
