Personality Shaping: Persona and Its Cultural Enlightenment Functions

Abstract

The enlightenment functions of culture play a leading role in the development of healthy personality."Persona" is one aspect of the cultural enlightenment functions.After analyzing persona and its cultural enlightenment functions,the paper introduces the three approaches to perfect personality development: the harmonious unity of the external conditions and the internal conditions of the ideal personality;realization of value matching of self-identity and social identity;organic unification of individual personality and social personality with the five-factor model of personality.
