This study investigates the influence of incentives in lifelong education for national transformation in Nigeria. Data was obtained from lifelong educators with the use of a well structured questionnaire technique was used, and a sample size of sixty adopted for the purpose of the study. Two hypotheses were formulated and tested in the study. It was found that lifelong educators in Cross River State considered their present level of improved incentives will bring out the best in lifelong educators, which will in turn impact the nation economically and socially. Recommendations were made to the government, organized private sector and Non organizations (NGOs) to harness the potentials of lifelong for national transformation in the country.
