Is Prompting Wrong?, or Prompt Engineering in the Education of Military Prosecutor, Investigators and the Military Police

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the pressing issue of enhancing the effectiveness and quality of training for military prosecutors, investigators, and military police personnel. As a promising solution, the author proposes the use of prompt engineering ― an innovative approach in education based on the application of prompts. The author reveals the potential of prompt engineering in the context of professional training for military lawyers, describes the advantages of personalized learning using prompts, and offers specific methodological approaches based on prompt engineering. The article analyzes the impact of prompt engineering on the development of critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills, justifies the feasibility of implementing prompt engineering in the training system for military lawyers, and formulates recommendations for optimizing the educational process in light of modern challenges. The research results can be used to develop and implement innovative training programs for military lawyers, investigators, and military police personnel.
