Abstract
IP: 54.70.40.11 On: Sat, 29 Dec 2018 18:28:35 It has become apparent that one of the culture collection certificates supplied in connection with this paper, provided by Zubair Aslam without the knowledge of the other authors, was not issued by the culture collection concerned; therefore evidence has not been provided that the type strain of Haloferula rosicola has been deposited in two culture collections in different countries, as required for valid publication of a species name under the Bacteriological Code. For this reason, this paper has been retracted from IJSEM Papers in Press and will not be published in print in IJSEM.
