Abstract
PURPOSE: A preparing method of a piezoelectric material nano tube and the piezoelectric material nano tube prepared therefrom are provided to produce the nano tube from a piezoelectric material nano rod by selectively etching the inside of the nano rod. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a piezoelectric material nano tube is performed by etching the inside of a nano rod by supplying a hydroxide ion to the nano rod formed in a piezoelectric material with an asymmetry crystalline structure for forming the nano tube. The piezoelectric material is selected from the group consisting of aluminum orthophosphate, quartz, seignette salt, topaz, gallium orthophosphate, lanthanum galliumsilicate, barium titanate, bismuth titanate, lead titanate, zinc oxide, titanate zirconium lead, lithium niobate, lithium tantalite, sodium tungstate, sodium barium niobate, potassium lead niobate, sodium potassium niobate and bismuth ferrite.
