Abstract
The IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON VERY LARGE SCALE INTEGRATION (VLSI) SYSTEMS is published as a monthly journal under the co-sponsorship of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, the IEEE Computer Society, and the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society. All members of the IEEE are eligible for membership in all three societies upon payment of membership fee. Current society membership fees are: Circuits and Systems Society-$22, Computer Society $60, and Solid-State Circuits-$22.
