Abstract

. This paper expounded the global demand for biotechnology industry and the resistance in the development, overall global status of professional talents idle and the causes were also discussed, as well as the paths in Taiwan from all walks of life to promote biotechnology talents into the enterprise and on the efforts of entrepreneurial were analyzed. On this bases, auther analyzed several kinds of current educational reform measures in our country, regarded it was needed to be further in-depth and bold innovation, to serve the community for the purpose, cultivating talents of interdisciplinary creative and with key technology of industry was the core task in current education reform.
