Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing selenium-rich rice and belongs to the technical field of daily necessities. The method comprises the following steps of: compounding compounds of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as well as trace elements, namely magnesium, zinc, copper, magnesium, boron, molybdenum and sulfur thereof into an aqueous solution; adding selenium dioxide in an amount which is 2 to 5 percent based on the total weight of the aqueous solution, regulating the pH value to be 7.0 to 8.5 by using ammonia water, and adding one or more of selenocysteine, selenocystine and selenomethionine in an amount which is 0.5 to 1.5 percent based on the amount of the obtained solution to obtain a selenium liquid soaking agent; soaking seeds at the water temperature of between 30 and 40 DEG C for more than 30 minutes and disinfecting, and soaking the seeds in the selenium liquid soaking agent for 2 to 3 days; growing seedlings and planting by the conventional method, and spraying 200ml of selenium-rich fertilizer which is diluted by using water in an amount which is 200 to 300 times that of the fertilizer to each mu of land in a cloudy day at a full heading stage of paddy rice, wherein the spraying times are not less than 15; and managing, harvesting and processing by the conventional method to obtain the selenium-rich rice. By the method for preparing the selenium-rich rice, the selenium content of the rice is remarkably improved, and the percentage composition of organic selenium in the total selenium of the rice is remarkably improved.
