Abstract

Sam Becker introduces Charles Guggenheim at the 1974 SCA convention with A. Craig Baird's words that he is “a good human being.” In his speech, Charles Guggenheim delineates the role of the speech communication educator in contributing to the development of good, articulate human beings.
