Abstract
The invention relates to a control device on a network, a network and routing method for messages on a network. At least two adjacent network controllers exchange priority information stored messages and compare these priority information. Furthermore, in the case of a full message memory of one of the two network controller a message of lower priority in the full memory is replaced in response to the comparison of the priority information by a higher priority message from the neighboring network controller, wherein the replacing message for transmission on or across the full is network controller are provided.
