Abstract
This project aims to enhance the design and development of a Human Resource application by empowering it with an efficient and innovative communication channel using web portal concept. Our HRM portal connects HR personnel with prospect applicants to create web society for publishing, searching, retrieving, submitting and monitoring HR application process. The application is designed and implemented based on two main concepts of responsive and dynamic web design. With the responsive web design concept, the portal provides applicants with intuitive application process and project information with optimal viewing experience on any device. The dynamic web design concept for the back-end system provides HR personnel with management abilities through the overall application process and project information effectively.
