Abstract
Fiber-optical communication is a pioneer of modern Sci-Tech,how to improve teaching quality is an important problem for teachers.Some experience was summarized as followed: exciting interesting and cultivating a taste of profession,encouraging students' thinking and establishing a good relationship between teachers and students,optimizing learning mode and improving the method of examination and evaluation according to years' teaching of fiber-optical communication.
