It would be timely in accordance with the current legislation to assess the appropriateness of introducing homeopathy into the range of degree programs, as well as reflecting aspects of applying the homeopathic method of treatment in the framework of the developed programs and methodical recommendation.
Abstract
Critical issues of specialization in homeopathy in continuous postgraduate training. The current development of the homeopathic treatment in Russia, in our opinion, once again forms the necessity to assess the appropriateness of introducing homeopathy into the range of degree programs. The main tasks for the use of the homeopathic method in practical healthcare were defined at the session of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Health of RF) in 1994 (Minutes No 26 of 27.12.1994.) and set out in the order No335 of the Ministry of Health of the RF on November 29, 1995 "On the use of the homeopathic method in practical healthcare" have been successfully implemented. Since 1995 more than 200 Doctor of Science and Ph.D. dissertations in the field of medical, pharmaceutical, biological and veterinary sciences in 30 different specializations in 43 Russian scientific institutions, which include the results of the use of homeopathic remedies, were defended. Currently, educational programs, training and teaching guides on homeopathy are developed. Successfully carried elective courses and work special chair, teaching methods of homeopathy in the leading medical universities in Russia. Despite the fact that in the past period considerable work both by the scientific substantiation and the formation of the evidence base of effectiveness of the practical application of homeopathic remedies was done, the issues of organizing and conducting fundamental research, which may be implemented only within the framework of introducing homeopathy as a degree program, remain. In our opinion, this requires the determination of the first critical milestones to achieve the goal, and only then the realization of the planned initiatives. For this purpose, at this moment of development of the homeopathic method of treatment in Russia, in our opinion would be timely in accordance with the current legislation (Federal law of 12.04.2010 #61-FL (ed. From 07.13.2015) "On circulation of drugs" ( entered in force from 24.07.2015) and the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of 29 of November , 1995 #335 "On the use of the homeopathic method in practical health care", the order of Ministry of Health of Russia #538n from 27.07.2016 "On approval of the list of names of drug forms for medical use", identification the issues, reflecting aspects of applying the homeopathic method of treatment the rules of production and the appointment homeopathic medicines in the framework of the developed programs and methodical recommendation in order to implement continuous postgraduate training.
