Abstract

Introduced the analysis and evaluation of hospital economic activities, and the methods and indices of hospital management analysis and diagnosis, the author demonstrates the importance of strengthening hospital economic management and paying great attention to managerial analysis under market economy system. Hospital management analysis will improve hospital managerial decision making in many aspects including understanding hospital managing situation, correctly estimating hospital competitive ability, finding out key factors influencing management effect, drawing rational managerial plan and strategy, and improving hospital management and decision making.
