Abstract
In this study, automatic detection of plant diseases was performed by using image processing and machine learning methods. Timely and accurate detection of plant diseases is important for crop quality and yield. Early diagnosis and intervention can reduce the cost of plant diseases and reduce unnecessary drug use. In this study, leaf images of different plant species were collected and feature extraction was done from the images using the transfer learning method. With various machine learning methods, the proposed model achieved 94 % success.
