Influence of CYK Formula for UC on P-pg Level in Colon of Ulcerative Colitis in Rats
CYK group could reduce colon tissue P-pg level, reduce resistance, improve the therapeutic effect of drugs, and clarify the treatment of ulcerative colitis and possible mechanism of action.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of CYK formula for UC on P-pg level in colon of ulcerative colitis model in rats. To compare the curative effect with SASP. To clarify the treatment of ulcerative colitis and possible mechanism of action,in order to provide theory for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and practice basis. Methods:UC model rats were duplicated with TNBS. HE staining was used for observation of colon pathological histology changes and immunohistochemical method to detect P-pg expressed in organizational changes. Result:CYK group,SASP group and control group's P-pg expression in colon tissue compared with those of the blank group increased significantly(P0.01,P0.05). CYK group and SASP group's expression was higher than that of blank group,lower than that of control group(P0.01). CYK group and SASP group were close the same. Conclusion:CYK group could reduce colon tissue P-pg level,reduce resistance,improve the therapeutic effect of drugs.
