The process of self-exploration leads to own explor ation, that this is the only effective way of establishing peace within as well as peace outside. It enables our thoughts and activities on right understanding, identifying our physical needs and enriching rest of the nature as well. It enables us to discover that values are a natural ou tcome of the right understanding. They need not be imposed through fear, greed or blind be lief. Right understanding helps the human beings to transform from animal consciousness to human consciousness. This will help show positive signs of improvement in living o f human beings at the level of individual, family, society and nature.
