Abstract
The invention relates to the field of EV (electric vehicle) charging and swapping, in particular to a swappable EV battery box for EVs. The swappable EV battery box comprises a battery and a battery frame for accommodating the battery. The battery frame is provided with binding posts electrically and correspondingly connected with positive and negative tabs of batteries. The battery frame is also provided with a plurality of battery series blocks and a driving device, wherein the batteries are serially connected through the binding posts by the battery series blocks, and the driving device drives the battery series blocks to move. The swappable EV battery box is simple and fast to operate when pure EVs undergo swapping in a station. No battery management system is needed during charging, each battery can be independently charged simply and quickly and can be charged fully, and the balance efficiency is high.
