Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and variety regulation of the dynamic blood pressure with high altitude hypertcnsion.Method:The builders exarned be nomal in plain entered into 4800 m elevation altitude and 36 of them with high altitude hypertension were detected the dynamic blood pressure. Result:The days and diastolic blood pressure are of great value in high altitude hypertension , The rate of the diastolic phase high altitude hypertension is higher than systolic phase high altitude hypertension (P0.01), its day and night's rhythm is spoon like form changing curve ,but its blood pressure reducing rate during night is still 10%, the heart rate has positive relation etc characteristics.with the systolic phase blood pressure , diastolic phase blood pressure , average blood pressure and the heart rate blood pressure product(all P0.01).Conclusion:The houmbody consume oxygen degree had influence on dynamic variety rhythm of high altitude hypertension-it is relation with low oxygen increasing pressing reaction namely, focall point of prevention and cure should still put in decrease oxygen consuming, and ameliorative low oxygen.
