Objective To compare the great difference in hospital management system between China and Germany.Methods Through the experience in Germany for one year,to compare and analyze the difference in hospital management system between two countries.Results There is great difference in hospital management system between China and Germany.Conclusion Through the analysis of the characteristics of hospital management system,we can learn advanced experiences.According to our country's medical situation,it is practically significant for our hospital management system in China.
