Abstract

The invention is suitable for a transformer field, provides a method for manufacturing a transformer winding, a transformer winding and a transformer, the method comprises following steps: folding a thin conductor material to a bended snake-shape electric conductor; forming a sealed winding by folding the snake-shape electric conductor. In an embodiment of the invention, the transformer winding is formed by repeatly folding the thin conductor, thereby a manufacturing process of the winding is samplified, a manufacturing cost is recuded, under a large current work circumstance, a winding heat sink problem is overcame and a window usage rate is increased.
