Abstract
The main objective of this research is the process of sorting chicken eggs using image processing techniques. The objective is to measure the size of chicken eggs. To control the separation of chicken eggs in the experiment, the researchers used the Edge Detection technique. The experiment took pictures of chicken eggs of different sizes, and the system was able to separate the eggs correctly.
