Abstract

The Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FDSN) consists of Illinois Institute of Technology faculty and staff, in collaboration with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) scientists and food industry experts, provide a unique training ground for individuals seeking undergraduate and graduate education in food safety and technology, nutrition, food regulations, culinary and food process engineering.
