Perancangan User Interface dan User Experience (UI/UX) pada Aplikasi “BCA Mobile” Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD) User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) Redesign on “BCA Mobile” Application Using User Centered Design (UCD) Method

Abstract

– In the current era of globalization, the use of mobile devices is greatly affected by the development of the internet. This has resulted in many agencies developing device applications. BCA Mobile is the first mobile banking device application in Indonesia released by PT. Bank Central Asia TBK. However, many users have complained through the reviews section on the Google Play Store, so the author wants to design the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for the BCA Mobile application using the user centered design method. Companies or other agencies must think about user satisfaction when using the application. User interface and user experience are an important part of developing an application. One method of application design is the User Centered Design Method. The User Centered Design method is an application design method that is centered on the wishes and needs of the user of the application which consists of 4 stages, namely understanding the context of use, carrying out user requirements specifications, designing design solutions, and evaluating designs against user needs. Based on the research that has been done, the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design of the BCA Mobile application has been successfully carried out using the user centered design method where the design is tailored to user needs based on the answers to the questionnaires distributed. The test results carried out using the SUS method showed that the respondents were satisfied with the percentage obtained, namely 80%.
