Abstract

This paper describes a paradigm of networking security informed by ethics and user behavior. This paradigm serves as a guide not only for pedagogical purposes but also as a blueprint for those who are considering developing a network security lab. We provide an overview of security networks and describe tools that may be used. After a comprehensive discussion of the networking paradigm and its use in security, we present weekly topics and lab experiments for a networking security course.
