Abstract
Early application of the embedded system is more focused in the field of Industrial Controlled and Intelligent Robot. But with the development of wireless communication and Information Appliance, Embedded System is applying wide and wide. The enormous economic benefits that it brings attract numerous domestic and international manufacturers to put into among them. Through compare the embedded operating system with general operating system, this paper describes unique characteristic of embedded operating system and its development prospect. And has done the detailed introduction to embedded Linux operating system.
