Abstract

This paper discusses hospital management training.With the deepening medical system reform,hospital reform strength and depth are largely dependent on hosplita mangement level and professional quality.Therefore,management trainng is a key issue for hospitals.Sustainable development of hospitals can be achieved by setting up a series of scientific and wholistic hospital management training system,creating management culture,and improving management efficacy.
