Abstract
The basic notion and correlative factors of the circuit power are explained, and the design technology for low power VLSI is introduced on the base of the correlative factors. The introduction is employed at four levels such as algorithmic, architectural, logic and physical levels, according to the Top Down design flow of VLSI.
