Liquid Fuel and water resupply costs 4 lives for every 100 convoys in theater The military's non-tactical vehicle fleet is the second largest in the federal government. The Pentagon is already transitioning tactical vehicles to hybrids and moving non-tactical cars and trucks on bases straight to electric.
